Trader Joe's Pick 5
Ok so, if you’ve never heard of Trader Joe’s, its a neighborhood type grocery store that sells products under their own label. Meaning you won’t find things like Lay’s potato chips, Blue Bell ice cream, or Digiorno pizza. When I first shopped there I found this to be a little off putting but since I’m a bit of an adventurous eater, it was easy for me to jump in and try out a few things. Fast forward a few months and grocery trips later and I’m obsessed! I love me some Trader Joe’s. Now i’ll admit, I can’t get all my grocery shopping done here but d*mn near depending on what I’m eating for the week.
If you’re in to healthier options this place is definitely for you, even if you’re not they still have a ton of great tasting options! I know when most people hear ‘healthy’ they automatically think ‘pricey’ but they do keep their prices low ya’ll. Only downside at times is the quantity per package but I’m almost sure that has something to do with them trying to keep prices low. If you’re lucky enough to have one near where you live you should stop by.

Spicy Miso Instant Ramen Soup
This noodle cup is very much like the usual ramen cups, the texture of the noodles is slightly different but not too much so for me. I’ll except this difference for the sake of an healthier option. No lie, I get about 5 every time I go.
SIDENOTE: I like to add their Furikake seasoning to mine and they have two other flavors: chicken and regular miso.
Cookie Butter Sandwich Cookies
These cookies are straight up ADDICTIVE. If you like butter or shortbread cookies, you’ll love these. The cookie butter filling in the middle isn’t to thick and they also sell cookie butter by the jar if you can’t get enough of it in the cookies. There’s cookie butter ice cream too!
Enrich Face Lotion SPF 15
I use this lotion on my face everyday! It’s lightweight, absorbs well, and isn’t too greasy for it to have SPF in it. It’s fragrance free and enriched with vitamins A, C, & E.
Rich Hydrating Face Sheet Mask
Also in skincare, their sheet mask is really good. It already has a cooling effect in my opinion but to take it up a notch I like to put mine in the fridge for a while before I put it on.
Organic Italian Dressing w Romano Cheese
Lastly, this dressing I can not get enough of. I personally love salads anyway but you can really taste bits of the cheese in it and its organic! Think Olive Garden salad dressing but better.
